We simmer select organic pure Vermont maple syrup for just the right amount of time, and as it cools we hand stir before pouring it into maple leaf shaped candy molds. Our unique maple candy process is a bit of a trade secret, but we can say that we produce it the old fashioned way, just like our grandparents did, without the use of candy machines.

The Maple Block
The Maple Block is produced with only one ingredient, organic pure Vermont maple syrup. Interestingly, maple blocks are not a new concept, in fact it was a preferred method for storing maple syrup back in the 1800’s. We produce our modern maple blocks using the same maple syrup we hand select to produce our maple candy. To use the block, simply grate or shave over just about anything including coffee or tea, a garden salad or grillables, or on top of ice cream. The delicate maple flavor will compliment just about any dish and the aroma of freshly grated maple is simply amazing. Our maple cream only contains one ingredient: Pure maple syrup. Making great maple cream is more art than science. We have spent years perfecting our process to get maple cream that is flavorful, silky smooth, and spreadable right out of the refrigerator. Spread it on muffins, frost cake with it, pair it with nut butter on toast, or dab onto french toast or waffles. It's also okay to sneak a spoonful when no one is looking.
