Cyster
Buckwheat honey, small backyard apples, and a hint of nose-tingle from letting the honey wine keep fermenting in the bottle. Oops. Or yay, depending on your tastes. At least this batch didn't explode and get all over the laundry room floor again. 

Honeybadger Gets Drunk
Strong mead, fresh blackberry honey, the battered remains of a rosewood branch that the honeybadger thought was a snake, and mussssk

Honeybear
A well-rounded mead, cave dust, vetiver, and dirt. 

Melomel '19
Raspberry honey, lemon peel, apricots, and the sweet, strong kick of fermentation. 

Pyment
A melange of sweet wildflower honey, Merlot, a lightly oaked Cabernet Sauvignon, and crushed red grapes.
