Dark Lace
Sugar-spun vanilla cream cotton, stained by tobacco and incense, Indian musk, and drops of cognac - sharpened with the incense of a hundred Hammer films, a handful of soil from Dracula’s homeland, a creep of crypt moss, and a dash of mummy bitumen.

Silver Lace
This Lace is cool and metallic, gleaming and liminal, sharp and fanged, with bitter black vanilla husk, bourbon tobacco, white cognac, juniper berry, white musk, ti leaf, and Italian bergamot.

Beaver Moon '19
This year’s confection is a creamy coffee cheesecake with a hint of milk chocolate.

Red Oud & Balsam

Honeysuckle & Patchouli

Cedarwood & Smoked Vanilla

Hay & Clove

Whiskey and Apple
Boozefest in the orchard

Andradite Phoenix
A species of garnet. The scent is a swirl of deep red, brown-black, bronze, and green: red and black vegetal musk, sunset amber, oakmoss, mahogany, and champaca.

Benitoite Phoenix
California’s state gem! Precious and rare, formed under pressure in liminal spaces: a deep, clear musk as blue as the night sky cascading over the Pacific.

Californite Phoenix
A variety of Vesuvianite, also known as California Jade. A scent that is moss-green and crystalline, with a hint of fern.

Clinochlore Phoenix
Valued not just for itself, but for the myriad treasures that it contains: deep green moss and black currant with a soft pink rosebud musk, abalone, orris root, sugar cane, and almond husk.

Colemanite Phoenix
A peculiar mineral formed from ulexite and borax. A scent celebrating Furnace Creek in Death Valley, where Colemanite was first found and designated – scorching hot, dry, and dusty. Purple sage, desert dandelion, indigo bush, creosote, and magnificent lupine dusted with sand and borax.

Epidote Phoenix
A grounding, soothing scent that is reminiscent of leaf-strewn forest moss and pine amber sunlight filtered through the tangled, comforting embrace of redwood branches.

Halite Phoenix
Purifying: a vast plain of salt glimmering on a playa.

Hanksite Phoenix
An effervescent ginger moss fougere with cistus, lime peel, green mandarin, balsam, and khus.

Inesite Phoenix
A spray of rose-tinted blades: rose otto, razor-sharp white musk, white sandalwood, sugar musk, red currant, vanilla, green cognac, and guava.

Magnetite Phoenix
An iron grey beacon of good fortune: opoponax and sweet labdanum with iron filings, high john the conqueror root, vetiver, frankincense, and patchouli.

Native Gold
A solemn paean to the dreams, destruction, despair, and delusions of the Gold Rush: sarsaparilla, cedar, and tobacco glittering with a Fool’s Gold bounty of brittle amber and mineralic aldehydes.

Neptunite Phoenix
Often found with Aegirine, a mineral named after Aegir, the jötunn of the ocean. A deep, inky scent, as shadowed and strange as an abyssal trench: a salt-crusted black musk with black orchid, luminescent jasmine, water lily, and kelp.

Full sized bottles are stocked at Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab and Black Phoenix Trading Post.  As limited edition collections, these scents will be allowed to sell out.  Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab & Trading Post have had a well developed decanter culture which I have been a part of for many, many years. While I communicate with them on the regular, they are not an official Ajevie partner and to support the traditions already in place, all Black Phoenix decants are non-profit on my end.
