To estimate when your order is likely to be heading out, keep an eye on the Status Page and do keep in mind the perfumer's turn around time as well.

Pre-Order items can be cancelled or changed with no penalty until the pre-order has entered the Ordered Status.

Cancellations/changes requested after the pre-order has entered the Ordered Status will be Store Credit ONLY and will be minus a $5 restock/processing fee per order.

Addons CANNOT be cancelled after the pre-order has entered the Ordered Status.

What’s a Reboot?

Essentially, it is an intensive annual pre-order for each of our stocked sample brands.

This is also the time of year we go through our sample stock by brand to update listings for any changes that the brand may have made.

Since we’re doing updates anyways, this is the perfect time to ‘reboot’ those offerings and fill in any gaps in stock that the holiday season may have impacted. In most cases this is the only time of year that those scents will be available in our pre-order sizes (.5ml Slinks, Slonks, & Chonks) instead of only Slinks.
