1980’s Synthetic Tropical Punch
While working on the Lupers a few years back, I accidentally made a perfume that smells exactly like Hawaiian Punch.
Angora
Angora, Lady of the Rabbit skull – ceremonial matcha added to a steaming cup of earl grey, family heirlooms and artifacts, a packed suitcase, ruffles, buttons and bows, awaiting adventure.
Earl gray and matcha, blackcurrant bud, white sandalwood, pink rose petals, honeysuckle, and white musk.

A tumultuous scent for tumultuous times: dragon’s blood resin, black clove, thunderous black musk, scorched 7-year aged patchouli, tabac absolute, and crushed pomegranate.

A Lupercalia Box of Chocolates scent that was supposed to go live this year but we were short on components. A chocolate truffle filled with wild plum, amaretto, burgundy wine, and black currant.

Dahlia
Lady of the Black Cat skull: sweet innocence with a dark mystery, wrapped in black leather and lace, guided by dreams and succumbing to nightmares.

Hammy Northern Mockingbird
A dusty, dry woody scent that manages to be surprisingly flamboyant: white sandalwood, violet leaf, orris root, cardamom pod, and Texas cedar.
Hollowman
Dark delusions, sinister shadows in an underground lair, surrounded by death and decay, puffs of tobacco smoke and a longing to be whole.
Pipe tobacco and a splash of Victorian fougere, damp soil and grave moss, yew boughs and mandrake root.
Judgmental Longhorn
He knows what you’ve been up to. Sweet tonka, smoked vanilla, benzoin, labdanum, amber, hay absolute, cacao absolute, and soft brown musk.
Kit Sahari
Kit Sahari, Lady of the Fennec Fox skull – deserted wanderer, a lone survivor, quick footed and silent, warm blood, bones and fur, sharpening blades by the fire.
Blood, bones, and fur: russet musk, desert sand, Daemonorops cinnabar, tonka bean, vetiver, and clove bud.
Laufeyson
Prototype of an unreleased scent for a media tie-in. A perfume for shapeshifters, charmers, and agents of chaos and transformations. Green-gilded leather, patchouli leaf, golden bergamot, agarwood, fiery clove, ti leaf, and amber.
Lorrainna
Lady of the Unicorn skull – queens escape to majestic mountain air, lace parasol and riding gloves in hand, corseted and bustled, heart filled with longing.
An early 19th-century Italian perfume dabbed on black satin and lace – magnolia blossoms, lilac, orris root, and ambergris accord.
Muddy Armadillo

Nouria
Nouria, Lady of the Barn Owl skull- Candle-lit night, melancholy solitude and somber whispers, surrounded by leather bound books and ancient scrolls, the alchemy boiling and bubbling.
A Regency-era alchemist’s cologne: bourbon vanilla, incense-smudged leatherbound books, rivulets of beeswax, galbanum resin, nutmeg, patchouli root, and leather.
