The new rewards program is technically active! It still needs finetuning and we have had to change the systems a little bit, but it is comparable to the old one! Also there's no quick way for me to import previous customers/points sooooo I'm going to get old/inactive accounts cleared out before I start that. With them still attached, that would be creating 5k+ accounts one at a time 😅 Hopefully, the clean up will cut that number a bit!

CLEANING HOUSE! This month we will be transitioning to the newer, more secure accounts. WE WILL BE DELETING AJEVIE.COM ACCOUNTS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN USED SINCE MAY 2024. If you are one of these 'inactive' accounts AND you want us to keep your info, you can reach out via the Contact form OR just place an order before April 30th!

We will also be installing a new rewards system. I have downloaded all of the points info from the previous program so that will transfer over! We currently do NOT have a FULL rewards program in place, but I will be awarding points for orders placed during the limbo period once the new system is in place. 

Rewards Codes that you have already exchanged should still work as normal!  If you're having trouble, just reach out via the Contact Form :)

A: LoVe, of course. Ajevie is all about sharing the love of amazing fragrance- and it may also be a video game reference. ;)

Q: How do I join the Ajevie LV Program?
A: Customers with store accounts are automatically enrolled. If you don't have one, create a store account to join today.

Q: How do I earn points?
A: Click here to see different ways to earn points.  Points earned from placing orders are rewarded once that order is fullfilled/shipped.

Q: How do I check my balance and redeem rewards?
A: Log in to your store account and go to the Use Points Page which can be accessed through the Rewards Widget located at the bottom of the store.  Here is a list of Rewards currently available.

Q: How do I use my rewards?
A:  All LV rewards are exchanged for discount codes for most purchases at Ajevie including pre-orders!  BPAL and Nocturne Alchemy items are Not eligable for discounts. Codes can be applied on the payment page during checkout (only one discount code per order).  Code are single use, which means when applying to an order any unused portion will be lost.
